Rujak Soto adalah masakan khas dari daerah Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur.
Masakan ini merupakan paduan unik antara Rujak Cingur dengan Soto Babat. Tersebar di sejumlah titik di Bali, hehe.. Biasanya rujak disajikan terlebih dahulu, kemudian disiram dengan kuah soto berikut babatnya. Rasanya juga khas, ada unsur soto sekaligus rasa rujak dengan aroma terasinya.
Beberapa waktu yang lalu, bareng om Triadi saya menjajal di Warung Jasmine yang terletak di Lampu Merah 741 Tuban – Bali. Dengan harga per porsi Rp. 15.000 sudah bisa membuat perut ini kenyang. Rasanya yang sangat mak nyus dan bumbu nya terasa sekali, khas dari Banyuwangi.
Hanya saja ada yang kurang di warung Jasmine ini, tempat parkirnya susah, karena di pinggir jalan pas. Hehe..
