Apabila anda mempunya Blackberry yang meminta anda untuk memasukkan password, dan ada gambar lock kecil di sebelah password berarti BB anda terkena IT Policy.
Berikut adalah langkah-langkah untuk me-remove IT Policy:

Step 1
Download BB Desktop Manager (Newest version recommended)

Step 2
Download policy.bin (email me or PM me with your email, saya akan kirim ke email anda) dan save di C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry

Step 3
Wipe BB anda dengan cara Options/Security/Wipe on the Device. Back up data2 anda apabila perlu karena dengan wipe handheld semua data-data anda akan hilang.

Step 4
Klik Start di Windows menu, dan pilih Run. Lalu dalam box ketik regedit.
Lalu di sebelah kiri pilih HKEY_Current_Users\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\PolicyManager

Step 5
Klik kanan di Policy Manager Folder lalu pilih New/String Value dan lalu berilah nama pada value tsb.
lalu set value data to: C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\policy.bin

Step 6
Buka desktop manager dan connect device anda.

Verification
Once complete, the Options/Security screen on your Blackberry should not contain references to an IT Policy, you should now be able to change all settings (including password prompts), and install Third Party Applications.
